I’m here to serve today’s best game-changing and disruptive CEOs — those on a mission to create such a positive impact on the world that we could even consider it their “living legacy.”
I see my work as a ripple effect. I make a dent in their minds, the way they think, understand life and themselves, so they can keep making an even better dent in the world (As Gandhi said, “Be the change you want to see in the world.”)
All with the most human touch.
I’m so happy and grateful now that my coaching business operates primarily through word of mouth. I also have successfully built a world-class community of game-changing CEOs. My past clients, current clients, and community spread the word about the benefits of working together through their closest network. These are the biggest accomplishment and rewards of my last seven years of work.
My business generates more than half a million dollars a year in revenue, making me financially free. I use this money for my daily life and to invest in personal and professional projects and purposes. Some of these investments — such as crypto, NFT, etc. — generate a passive income of tens of thousands of dollars per year.
I lead a small but fantastic team whose mission is to make everything work behind the scene without me:
- a part-time personal assistant to manage the day-to-day administrative and logistical activities
- a part-time creative assistant to handle most design activities, from brainstorming to practice
I thrive on being one of the go-to coaches for the millennial generation’s game-changing CEOs. Every job I do is done using the best version of my mind and potential. Every day I show up as the next version of myself.
I have three offers. All are strictly for CEOs.
It’s my favorite offer because I can do what I love the most: long-term and bespoke work with one brilliant individual at a time. As a result, it produces one of the most profound impacts I can make.
The caliber of clients I have 1-on-1 is astonishing! They are successful game-changing millennial CEOs, featured in the media and press. They come to me because they know they still have a lot to learn and develop, despite their known accomplishments. They are genuinely humble and follow their hearts. They are willing to create a much greater impact than ever before, develop their leadership and make their lives easier to navigate through success.
I only accept six 1-on-1 clients per year. They pay 50% of the coaching fee at the beginning and the other half six months later. Two years after the end of the coaching, they are required to send me a bank transfer for what they feel was the real value of the coaching (a kind of performance bonus). The investment to access this offering is $50,000. In total, it makes me generate $300,000/year.
Every year, I lead two four-month coaching groups for CEOs who have a team of at least five people and want to become better leaders.
To get results, I use two approaches. I teach them the essential coaching skills they need to accelerate their team’s results. They become less leader-managers and more leader-coaches. At the same time, I coach them to make them experience what it’s like to be coached, so they lead by pure example afterward. It’s a great advantage for me to do my job in a different context. I can use several hats: that of coach, but also those of consultant and teacher. Plus, having many brilliant CEOs in front of me gives me a strong sense of purpose, connection, and joy.
This offer is an opportunity for me to include CEOs who have not yet reached the 7-figure mark yet or who don’t want to invest the full cost of individual coaching. Different backgrounds, cultures, fields, successes, life missions, visions, and ways of thinking are mixed together to create a catalytic cocktail. This diversity is one of the ingredients contributing to the results they achieve.
The investment to access this offering is $7,500. Twenty seats are available for this group, which makes me generate $150,000/year.
It’s the most intense, fun, and challenging offer I have. It’s also the one where I can let my talent shine in person, not remotely through a screen.
One of the hardest things in the world for a CEO is to take time off work and alone to refocus on themselves. That’s why, once a year, I lead this premium retreat in a magical location. For ten days, we focus on their personal and professional wellbeing and development. By being in a new environment, they can easily break the habit of being themselves and start building a new one.
Every day, I host both individual and group coaching sessions. Every day, we do activities to nourish the soul, the mind, and the body. We create space for change from deep inner work to outdoor activities, biohacking treatments, theme parties, special meetings with VIP world leaders, and volunteering with charities.
Most of the participants are current or former clients of other of my offerings. I’m careful to select candidates who are not just looking to have fun abroad but who are truly looking to grow and make a change in the first place. I’m pleased to see that, in addition to the benefits of the retreat itself, this event is an opportunity for CEOs to find like-minded people and form lasting friendships. Some of them see each other after the retreats, and others even started projects together. It’s such a beautiful gift to witness that!
The investment to access this offer is $10,000. Ten seats are available for this retreat, which makes me generate $100,000/year.
I’m so happy and grateful now that I work an average of 4-5 hours a day, putting aside my time on video calls to coach, for my podcast, or interviews. It’s the result of what I’ve been implementing step by step for the past few years: optimizing my daily life to maximize results.
The core structure of my strategy relies on delivering a detailed insight a day to my audience, from Monday to Friday. It’s the application of the system I learned with a “top consultant” in 2020. This is still my favorite way to write to create high-level clients. I give 100% of my framework in my content so that CEOs interested in working with me already know what we cover. By the time they contact me, they have validated the entry criteria themselves and are ready to start immediately.
I provide my daily insights on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and to my organic email list. My email list is now over 1,000 people strong, without promoting it. Each subscriber is a leader who decided to sign up because of the value I provide. I don’t use any ebooks, free gifts, masterclass, lead magnets, or whatsoever. I have high-level clients and followers, so I use a high-level strategy. It’s the least I can do for them.
Regularly, people tell me that they like what I share. It’s different from what they see online from other coaches. That’s proof that I’m doing a fantastic job and that I know what I’ am talking about. CEOs are receptive to my ideas because I know their reality, I have solutions to optimize their life and business, and they can access them without even working with me.
My podcast “Doing CEOs’ laundry“ is also what I’m known for worldwide! It’s ranked among the top business podcasts in several countries. It’s now one of the favorite podcasts for leaders and CEOs around the world.
This podcast is a goldmine! It’s an opportunity for me to showcase my talent and coaching skills publicly and coach brilliant and successful CEOs for free. The majority of them become part of my audience and community if they’re not already. And gratefully, a few turn into clients later.
I only publish an episode every two weeks. Many people in my audience keep asking me, “Why don’t you publish more episodes?” My answer is always the same: “The principle of scarcity and less is more. If I release too many, the value won’t be as high as it is now. And by having access to a limited number of episodes, streamers appreciate each one even more.”
Media & Public Relations
Thanks to my former clients, my current ones, my daily insights, and my podcast, I have achieved a high level of authority in my field. My influence has drastically expanded.
I am increasingly being contacted to be interviewed in online summits, masterclasses, podcasts, etc. The digital and non-digital press also solicit me. I’m cautious about the requests I accept. If the audience is not aligned with mine, or if I don’t feel it, I decline. I don’t participate in events or interviews for the sake of doing so.
This year, I also hired a PR expert to be featured in prestigious magazines and events alongside VIP executives. It’s part of my strategy to be seen directly by my core audience. I prefer this kind of investment to paid ads on social media. I got some excellent press coverage (Entrepreneur, Wired, etc.) and participated in a few events as a public speaker. I will take advantage of this in 2025 by being featured or partnering with some big names like Singularity University, Mindvalley, A-Fest, or Evercoach.
A Glimpse Into My Private Life
I’m so happy and grateful now to I’ve reached a state of being where inner peace and calm are my usual modes. I wake up in harmony, with blind faith in life and myself, and balance between my masculine and feminine energies. I’m one with my human design strategy and authority. My face and body radiate wellbeing. I’m free, alive, fulfilled, and treated with respect and dignity. This new version of me brings more light and love into all areas of my life and has remarkably improved my relationship.
One of the most significant transformations that are happening for me compared to previous years is physical. I have increased my muscle mass and decreased my body fat. As a result, I look fitter than ever, and my metabolic age matches my actual age: 33. I’m lighter, stronger, and more flexible. I use Vipassana to release stress and trauma trapped in my body, which radically releases energy, improves my posture, and aligns my chakras.
As I said before, I use an average of 4-5 hours a day to work on my core strategy. It allows me to focus on what matters most to me during the rest of the time available.
I have a daily routine that feeds my soul and solidifies my discipline. The beginning of my mornings is devoted to three hours of self-care. I wake up naturally between 6 and 7 am. I meditate to master my mind, heal and explore my soul. I do breathwork to oxygenate my body. I take a cold shower. I move to strengthen my muscles and improve my stability, balance, and coordination. I read, visualize and feel my vivid vision and manifesto to make quantum leaps. I read books to stimulate my intellect. Finally, I drink green juice for digestion, weight loss, reducing inflammation, and boosting immunity.
Every week, I also take time to discover or work deeper on activities that make me have fun and get me closer to who I am: painting, drawing, writing, poetry, acting, trekking, spending time in nature, exploring esoterical practices, or doing martial arts. I don’t settle for anything less than what I want or what Michelle wants to do together.
I have my own private home office that I designed for a peaceful, natural, creative, and energetic feel. There is a large standing desk in the middle, facing the entrance. On one side, I’ve set up two large comfortable chairs for my in-home coaching sessions. A massive bookcase stands behind them. On the other side, I put rugs and cushions for meditation and reading. I have plants, sculptures, and artwork by David Ambarzumjan, Keith Haring, and Michelle along the concrete walls. I’m so proud of this space and feel so uplifted in it!
I’m also the proud owner of a sea view plot of land located on a hillside south of Lombok. We’re about to start the first stage of the construction of the contemporary two-storey villa we have designed. It will be our second home for vacations or weekend getaways. The rest of the time, the villa will be rented to tourists. It really feels like living the dream! I’m so grateful!
I have a strong group of friends that I can count on near home. They are mostly men, and we’re similar. We would rather discuss the mysteries of life or deep talk than play video games. We enjoy spending time in nature rather than watching sports on TV. We choose to get involved in important causes rather than spending hours in bars or clubs. I also developed solid friendships with some of my clients. We do our best to meet when we can, even if we live in different countries.
I volunteer for a local charity that focuses on children’s growth, education, and wellbeing each month. I use my hands and my money for the good of the most unfortunate people in my immediate environment. It allows me to be more in tune with my sense of purpose and justice. My company is a partner of this charity and sponsors its projects when I feel it.
After working with various coaches and consultants over the past few years, I’ve invested over $100,000 in a long-term, high-level “coach of coaches.” We will begin working together in 2025. Our work will consist of deep inner work, fearless coaching, creating clients, and building a community. I bet this will be the #1 transformative experience I’ve ever had to date.
Once a year, I take a few days to refocus on myself. The field of possibilities for what I can do is infinite. I follow the flow of my need at the moment without anticipating what might be best for me. Some years I spend time in nature with absolutely nothing around. I fast and meditate. Some years I go on a leadership retreat like mine to grow and meet new people. Some years I attend an extraordinary event to improve my professional skills. I welcome unexpected opportunities in the present moment.
Finally, once a year, Michelle and I become “digital nomads” for a few weeks. We go to new countries from which we can work and explore. We go to music festivals, make road trips in vans, stay in unusual locations, see magical landscapes, etc. We really enjoy this time because it’s a chance to break our daily routine, change, learn, discover new cultures and perspectives, rediscover ourselves, our relationship and meet each other again.
